Go there and contact
Museum presenting remarkable collections of seismometers and magnetometers, among the most important in the world, in Strasbourg.
The museum is housed in the former central seismological station of the German Emperor William II. It was one of the first seismology laboratories in Europe. This facility includes two collections of scientific instruments: one of old seismometers and a series of instruments used to measure the Earth's magnetic field. The oldest seismometer dates back to 1895 and is one of the first seismometers built in the world! These seismometer and magnetometer collections are among the largest in the world
