Here you can move from room to room to discover the Alsatian past: reconstructions of period interiors and scenes from everyday life. The museum is right next to the river and only a few minutes walk from the other sites in old town. We arrived without tickets on a weekend and had no problem getting in immediately.
Tous les thèmes y sont abordés et bien expliqués de la naissance à la mort, la vie dans cette contrée ballottée entre nationalités allemande et française. Le bâtiment en lui même est déjà tres beau à voir, l’exposition nous oblige à passer de pièces en pièces en utilisant les galeries, les balcons et les escaliers, un vrai dédale qui met en valeur cet ancien bâtiment.
Beaucoup à apprendre dans cette visite bien documentée et explicite.
