BOULANGERIE HANAU
Here is a pretty little bakery located at the beginning of the Avenue des Vosges. In the window, the breads are nicely stored, the varieties are numerous. Can be sold by cut and weight. For better control, the growth of the bread is slower than normal and the basic recipe is less salty. The products used are local (flour from the Grands Moulins de Strasbourg). Depending on customer demand, the bread is baked throughout the day and you can often leave with a hot baguette. The lightning flashes with subtle flavours and the jam fritters are delicious. The magnificent pastries are of course made on site.
