Under the arcades of the rue de la Division-Leclerc stands the beautiful bakery-pastry shop belonging to the Woerlé family. Founded in 1919, the company specialises in Alsatian delicacies: kougelhopfs, bredeles, streusels and pretzels. In the laboratory of his shop decorated in the old-fashioned way, the baker also makes all sorts of breads, pastries (cinnamon rolls, almond croissants...) and pastries. Bien connue des strasbourgeois, cette boulangerie à l'angle des arcades est réputée pour ses Kouglofs sucrés ou salés, mais aussi ses bretzels ou ses nombreuses variétés de pain.
