Here, everything is made home in the laboratory holding the shop with a clean design. Chocolate, great cru, comes from Valrhona and all prals and ganachians are made by both chocolate makers. Chocolate makers don't hesitate to create new associations such as black ganache to mint tea or pralined pralé that won the 2017 award for creative daring of the Chocolate Skating Club Club. Attention, cakes, pies and dessert are offered in store at weekends but only on weekends. Even the family 'H' chocolate bars are so nicely packed that they can be offered as a small gift.
