Artist rather than chocolate maker, Thierry Mulhaupt renews his creations with surprising combinations of flavors and textures. As part of his Cacao For Good project, he participates in agroforestry in Colombia and makes his chocolate from cocoa beans from his own finca, a farm based on biodiversity and sustainability.
