Strasbourg is the only French city to have a Galler store whose reputation is no longer to be done. The Belgian chocolate maker, elected best apprentice baker, uses noble products such as white pralé, marzipan or fresh pistachio. But the difference is in the top cocoa bean. It is 21 varieties of sticks and as many colorful and elegant packages that come out of the kitchens. Kaori coffret in which chocolate sublime the art of calligraphy, mouthed by the effigy of the Cat de Geluck, and other equally excellent products such as ice, pastries, spreads and macarons. I recommend the sticks which are really well-stocked chocolate in of bern/various and delicious flavours: groove, caramel, pistachio... it is really the roof of happiness! the price is high but it has some for its money on the pleasure of the tastebuds!
