WEISS
A high-chocolate ambassador since 1882, the brand has been on the street in the Alsatian capital, the birthplace of Eugene Weiss. He had created his pet in Saint-Etienne… An inventor of the assembly of beans that gave chocolate subtle aromas, he returned to the greedy annals for the praline of his famous nougastelles always manufactured according to the original recipe. Eugène Weiss is also the inventor in 1926 of the famous square of chocolate to serve near a coffee. Fruity or roasted aromas, intense and persistent in mouth or soft and fondants, black, milk or white, in tablets or in "breakage", without adding vegetable fats, without preservatives or dyes, this chocolate has no contraindication.
