CHEZ CHRISTIAN CHOCOLATIER
Christian, a true institution of chocolate in Strasbourg, especially as the house of the th century with this sign, is also one of the most photographed at Christmas, particularly the eye of the Renaissance facade signed Edgar Eines, a renowned Alsatian artist. The game is up to the delicacies made on the floor by Christophe Meyer, a chocolate goldsmith whose creative fever (inherited from his father Christian pastry) brings him beyond his lab in search of the most subtyped tastes. His beans, he bought them from small producers in Venezuela, Ecuador, Santo Domingo, Jamaica or Panama, rare vintages from the best soils. Purists enjoy 70 and 80% cocoa chocolate tablets (a wrapped box offers selected chocolate vintages, for a "chronological" tasting in the range of aromas; between each square, drink a glass of water). At Christian, it is also a tea lounge space to succumb to sweet pleasure accompanied by a tasty coffee or tea.
