Elisabeth Biscarrat, former winner of the Masterchef TV game show is now the Madonna of the button in Strasbourg. In a charming boutique laboratory, located in a discreet street behind the Star Saint-Exupéry cinema, the young woman now produces macaroons and cabbages of all colours, with refined and original flavours (foie gras, lily of the valley strawberry), but also very beautiful desserts for the holidays. The one who trained at Lenôtre also teaches pastry classes to learn how to make her own macaroons and cabbage. Feel free to walk past the window which is nicely highlighted, as if cooking were an art.
