The Bunker Comestible is a micro-farm located behind Strasbourg station. The Strasbourg-based start-up Cycloponics has decided to rehabilitate abandoned urban sites into agricultural ecosystems in order to promote direct sales. Dozens of varieties of microgrowth (sunflowers, mustard, watercress), mushrooms, aromatic herbs and endives are produced without chemical treatment all year round in this former powder magazine built in 1878 by the Germans. Everything is cultivated with a single objective: satisfied taste buds without damaging the planet. Booking of baskets on the Internet or by phone (composed according to your wishes and the seasons).
