Sens Pressé, formerly Moi, moche et bon, is above all a concept born in the minds of three friends: to preserve ugly fruit and transform it. The result is an artisanal, natural apple juice, 100% made in Alsace, made from ugly products. This saves 30% of fruit and vegetables from ending up in the garbage can, helping to combat food waste and promote more responsible consumption. Since then, the range of flavors has expanded. You can find the products in the town's various outlets (U Express, etc.).
