22 Alsatian producers have joined forces to create their own direct sales outlet in the city centre. Seasonal fruit and vegetables (organic or not), meats, charcuterie, dairy products, wines and even snails! The choice is vast and the prices are higher than in supermarkets but far from being prohibitive. La Nouvelle Douane also stands out because of the staff made up of farmers who give a few hours a week to the cooperative.
