Bar 12, on the 12th (and last) floor of the Mergen-Bator Hotel. Above all, it rotates 24 times a day at 360 degrees in 30 minutes. It is therefore both an attraction and the most beautiful panoramic platform in the city. You also have the right to a pleasant outdoor terrace (to be tried in broad daylight, in clear weather). Drinking an aperitif on this rooftop at its price, which would explain why customers don't rush to the gate. Yes, despite its originality, the establishment is not well run.
