The largest theatre in Yakutsk. It now occupies a new ultra-modern hall. Performances of great Russian and foreign classics (Shakespeare, Pushkin, Ostrovsky, etc.) and works by Yakutsk playwrights, inspired by the Sakha cultural heritage (founding myths, tales and epics traditionally transmitted orally). A troupe of actors in residence. Performances in the Sakha language. Enough to discover Aboriginal culture.
