BOTANICAL GARDEN NEFU

From the highest point (92 m), view of the surrounding area and the garden occupying 684 ha. The Institute's specialists cultivate and study plants adapted to the country's climatic conditions. Rare or endangered plant species are preserved. Garden collections include over 2 000 species of trees and bushes from all over Siberia, Japan, China and Central Asia. The yakoute flora has 450 species. The collection of decorative plants - 80 types of asters, 50 de, etc. - gives the idea of the variety of vegetation in northern Siberia. The tropical and subtropical plant collection has 500 species. The garden is in contact with 200 botanical gardens worldwide.
