In the heart of downtown, in the pedestrian area (amenities and cultural activities nearby). A cheap establishment: expect a slightly dated decorum despite the 2012 renovation. The rooms remain comfortable, as do their bathrooms. Extra buffet breakfast (250 RUB). A continuously open restaurant (11am-1am). A large Finnish sauna with its relaxation area and whirlpool (-10% if it's your birthday).
