The hotel is a bit run-down but quite cheap, if you don't add breakfast (an extra 1,000 RUB). Although slightly off-centre, he remains in the centre. The rooms are very good, as is the service. At your disposal: a restaurant serving international cuisine (continuous service from 7.30 am to 11 pm), a spa with sauna, a billiard room, a souvenir/gift shop.
