On the Quai de l'Amour, symbol of the city, meeting place for lovers and locals. You could even say that Khabarovsk's story begins here. In 1858, the division of the 13th Siberian Battalion, led by Commander Yakov Diashenko, set foot on this green-covered cliff and set up camp there. The building housed a border observation post and then a rescue station. It is now a museum. A must-see!
