In the city center, and in a Russian-style atmosphere (in general, it's quite joyful!), there is a very nice restaurant with its tea room. The cuisine, Russian and Ukrainian, with European touches, is excellent. All raw, all cooked, all marinated, meat, fresh fish or vegetables, here you can try everything. Magnificent selection of seafood in aquarium. The desserts are just as good as the rest. At the pastry shop, you can treat yourself to sweet treats in a sweet setting: pies, sweets, cake, teas and coffees.
