OLA

During the journey, visitors learn about the history of the Kolyma and the Île peninsula, and the stages of their colonization since the th century. From the summit of the Ola mountains, the gaze spans the shores of Guertner Bay and the splendid landscapes of the valley of the river Ola. On-site, you can visit the experimental agrarian station, which studies the adaptation of agriculture to extreme weather conditions. During the salmon spawning season (late June - August), they can be observed in the Ola River. At an additional cost (paid) to the programme, the tourist agency offers a picnic, with the famous oukha (fish soup), crabs, etc. In this case, the excursion is extended by 2 h.
