Founded in 1930, it is currently the only drama theatre in the region. The centre also includes a children's theatre. It mainly plays contemporary Russian plays: cabaret evenings, comedies, dramas? Some of the plays, which are quite naughty, are forbidden to children under 18 years of age. For the youngest, world-famous Russian or local tales are staged or set to music.
