An «ethnographic» restaurant with reconstituted traditional decoration, gnôle distillery, toné (bread oven), tchourtchkhéla preparation. For a discovery of the gastronomic folklore. Orchestras of traditional music, including Barbarie barbarie organs. Good food. The restaurant belongs to the company Exotour (www.exotour.ge) which offers tourist tours focused on folklore and national traditions. Very tourist and quite expensive, perfect if you are interested in ethnography.
