A very professional and well-organized guesthouse in the modern, typically soviet architecture district of Sabourtalo. If the place is not so central (you will have to take the metro or the bus to go to the center) and the district is not very charming although functional, the apartment is well equipped, the rooms well kept and Nika's family is very hospitable. It is a good address if you want to stay for a long time in Tbilisi because the family will know how to orientate you and will make you a price for a long stay.
