A small hotel on top of the arcades, just a few steps from the Roustavéli metro. The rooms are very correct, nicely decorated with Georgian, slightly dusty, but very pleasant. The location simply lacks a touch of conviviality, and it can be quite noisy, above one of the city's most bandwidth avenues.
