Installed in the very touristic street, right next to Kala, the second "Ostalgie" bar in Tbilisi, the site wants to bring back the Soviet times, based on a specially USSR decor. Decoration with old propaganda posters, chair numbers as prisoner numbers, etc. The whole a little kitsch and finally very western, very touristic. The country certainly needs to settle its accounts with one of the pages of its history. Before you get there, the other restaurants will try to sell you the charms of their own establishment.
