VAKE PARK
This park, with its classic Soviet architecture, is a great place for a jog or a fitness trail.
It's a 200-hectare ocean of greenery. On your way to the open-air ethnographic museum, you can make a stopover there. If the shady district of Vake is the favourite place for expatriates, the park, as for it, allows you to escape a bit from pollution. Built in 1946, it is one of the last remnants of Russian times in Georgia, an example of classical Soviet architecture. A monumental entrance opens onto an even more monumental staircase. The park is a great opportunity to go jogging or for a fitness trail.
