BÉTHLEEM OR KLDISOUBANI DISTRICT
A timeless neighborhood of alleyways, away from the hustle and bustle of Meidan.
In a timeless atmosphere, the neighbourhood is still far from the overrated Meidan frenzy. Made up of narrow streets stretching out at the foot of the cliff, it embodies a page of history that we discover as we walk along. At 3 rue de Bethlehem, stands a 19th century wooden house, sumptuous, decorated with stained glass windows, stuccoes and sculptures. On Gomi and Askana Streets, there are other houses with balconies and mashrabiyahs dating from the 19th century.
