PINK REVOLUTION SQUARE
Place de la Révolution des Roses dominated by the renovated Hotel Ivéria, now the Radisson Blu hotel, equipped with an elevator.
Roustavéli stretches to the former Republic Square, now the Place de la Révolution des Roses. From there, on a clear day, you can see Mount Kazbek. The square is dominated by the Hotel Ivéria, which was infamous in the 1990s. It used to accommodate refugees from Abkhazia, who have since been rehoused; the government gave them funding in 2005 to settle there. Now, all renovated, Ivéria has become the Radisson Blu Hotel, which you have to enter and take the elevator for its magnificent views of the city!
