The hotel's location is simply magnificent and steeped in history. The Iranian Consul, Mirza Reza Khan, had it built in 1892, and it was so successful that it was dubbed the "promised paradise". The blue building is adorned with mosaics and French, Russian and Persian inscriptions. Right next to the park entrance and in the heart of the hustle and bustle, it's the perfect place to stay. Great comfort is guaranteed with the beautiful rooms, the very pleasant spa and the two restaurants, one of which is outside and the other in a magical setting.
