5 km from Beaumont, in Bourgeauville, Caroline and Thierry represent the fourth generation of pont-l'évêque producers from the Martin farm. To produce a high-quality raw-milk cheese, there's a lot of work involved. Caring for sixty dairy cows, milking at 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., handcrafted cheese-making... Not forgetting the very precise specifications for the PDO. This work has been rewarded with the Pont-l'évêque d'or award from 2014 to 2021, and again in 2024, at the famous cheese festival held in... Pont-l'Évêque!
