Porta Blue offers classic Georgian cuisine in a chic setting. The room is beautiful, with its high ceilings, large windows framed in dark blue, golden shutters and large, well-laid tables. But it's not stuffy, and prices are quite reasonable. We fell for one of the region's specialties: khatchapuri adjare, a classic cheese tart with an egg on top and a generous portion of butter. A simple but effective way of recovering energy!
