A long esplanade on the seafront houses recent creations of contemporary art, as well as a lighthouse rebuilt in 1882 by French engineers. The Ali & Nino sculpture designed by Georgian sculptors was installed in 2010. The Alphabetic Tower, 135 m high, is impossible to miss. This tower is a tribute to the Georgian alphabet, and its structure resembles a DNA molecule. A Ferris wheel completes the original panorama of this esplanade.
