The Railway Company of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Željeznice Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine) operates two passenger lines from the Sarajevo railway station: one to Central Bosnia (Visoko, Kakanj, Zenica) with 2-4 trains/day; the other to Herzegovina (Konjic, Jablanica, Mostar, Čapljina) with 2 trains/day and sumptuous scenery. Since 2022, the latter continues in summer to Ploče on the Croatian coast from Friday to Sunday (theoretically, departure from Sarajevo at 7:15 am, from Ploče at 6:26 pm).
