With a fleet of more than 200 vehicles, Centrotrans is the main bus company in the country. It serves most of the major cities, provides urban connections in Sarajevo or internationally as a partner of Eurolines and its buses can be chartered for organized trips. Founded in 1948, this former cooperative society is now competing with a myriad of small private companies. While there is no centralized organization for bus schedules at the national level, they are readily available at bus stations.
