The main ecotourism agency in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Green Visions was founded in 2000 by the Dutchman Thierry Joubert, who has been living in the country since 1992. With his team of mountain guides, he offers excursions on foot or by mountain bike in the mountains of Sarajevo (especially in the isolated village of Lukomir) and throughout the country, such as hikes in the Sutjeska National Park. The tours combine sport, nature and encounters with local people, all with an eco-friendly approach and respect for the traditions of the communities.
