Hard to miss, this restaurant is located almost at the top of the "twisted" Avaz tower, the highest building in the Balkans (more details in "Things to see/to do"). In the huge circular room, they serve rather honest Bosnian and Italian cuisine. We don't recommend the place for its atmosphere (where are the customers?), but, of course, for the view. And to get even more height, you have to go four floors above to the Wine Aperitive Bar 35 Floor, a little more crowded and where the prices have not gone up.
