This beautiful "house of stubbornness" owes its name to its owner who managed to avoid its destruction and have it moved, as it was originally located on the other bank of the Miljacka River, where the Vijećnica was built from 1891. Since 1997 it has housed a restaurant serving rather successful local specialties. The setting is delightful: period furniture, woodwork, old photos, terrace by the river and small rooms spread over two floors. The service is nice and the coolness of the Miljacka is particularly pleasant in summer.

This restaurant is really worth a visit because of its history, which you will discover the menu, and for the decor, very typical and oriental. It is unfortunately not the best place to discover the local dishes, but once again, the beauty of the place excuse a bit poor cuisine.
