PEKARA IMARET
Established in 2005 and located here since 2014, this "small kitchen" is known for its fusion dishes between the Balkans, Asia and Italy. Other peculiarities: it's a bit expensive for Sarajevo and there is no menu. The customers are served according to their desires and the inspiration of the two chefs. The result is quite good and surprising (except for the desserts, which are very disappointing): grilled meats, wok-fried vegetables sprinkled with sesame seeds, sometimes raw fish. Interesting small selection of wines. Reservation recommended in the evening.
