HEDONA WINE CLUB
Nestled at an altitude of 765 m, this small restaurant (20 seats in winter) enjoys magnificent views of Sarajevo. It is undoubtedly the best restaurant in the country. The most expensive in any case. The eight-course service is refined: vacuum-cooked lamb, sea bass with Japanese touches... But the most surprising thing is the wine. Arman, the owner, cultivates about 1.5 ha of vineyards on the spot and mixes his chardonnay, pinot noir and riesling with Herzegovine grape varieties. Not very orthodox, even if it gives interesting results, notably a rather fine and vinous sparkling white.
