Built in 2008 on the site of the prestigious Hotel Evropa (1882) destroyed during the last war, this brown building houses a wellness center with a nice little indoor pool, a gym, five conference rooms and a café-restaurant that manages to recreate some of the Viennese spirit of the late 19th century. The rooms are spacious and bright, but despite the double-glazing, some are a bit noisy (busy Zelenih-Beretki Street next door in the evening). Efficient staff, disabled access, airport shuttle, etc.
