MUSEUM OF CHILDHOOD IN THE WAR
Private museum featuring 3,000 objects from the collection, 50 of which are soberly displayed, with testimonials in the form of videos.
Founded in 2017, this private museum (Muzej Ratnog Djetinjstva) brings together personal objects (toys, letters, etc.) associated with children's memories of the 1992-1995 war. Of the 3,000 objects in the collection, about 50 are displayed in a sober manner and accompanied by testimonies in the form of video. Since 2022, objects of children from Ukraine are also presented. The museum is directed by Jasminko Halilović, who was 4 years old in 1992, and author of the book Childhood in the War (2013).
