PABLO’S
Generally not very frequented by tourists, this restaurant is one of the best in town. Neat decor, professional and friendly service, Dalmatian, Croatian and Italian cuisine, good cuts of meat (pork, matured beef) and interesting wine list, among which a strong red from Carska Vina estate in Međugorje. There are still a bit too many fries for our taste in the side dishes, but fortunately plenty of vegetables, al dente pasta and a very honest risotto. Note that the basement sometimes turns into a concert hall on weekends until 3am.
