Despite all our love for this country, we are not crazy about its national dish, the ćevapi. We usually find these small rolls of grilled meat too fatty. Irma-Tima is one of the few exceptions where we enjoy eating them. Irma prepares her own traditional oven every morning and grills her meats over a wood fire with precision. Her ćevapi and generous grills are served with homemade bread. As a result, despite the crowds that pass by the terrace, this has become our favorite address in Mostar. Long live the ćevapi of Madame Irma!
