SCHUMANN

Our favorite in Mostar. Opened in 2016 by the very good cook Miroslav Šuman (who Germanized his name as a joke), this restaurant is housed in a yellow house with a veranda bordered by two tree-lined terraces. It serves fresh fish and lobsters from the Adriatic Sea, sometimes eel and local frogs, some meat dishes, many vegetables and very good Italian pasta. All of this is accompanied by a nice Herzegovinian wine list, like this delicate fruity blatina from the Nuić vineyard in Crnopod, near Ljubuški.
