Ruined building housing fifteen stores and retaining its vast square exterior structure with motifs inspired by medieval .

This ruined building (Robna Kuća Razvitak) is one of the most visible traces of the last war in the city along with the "glass bank" in West Mostar. Opened in 1970, it belonged to the Razvitak ("development") group and housed fifteen stores. Burned down by the Yugoslav army in 1992, its vast square structure retains concrete panels on the outside decorated with motifs inspired by medieval stećci. Across the street, a small, popular eatery offers good goulash at 5 KM.
