Farmed trout is an old tradition in Blagaj. You can find it in the form of carpaccio, salad, soup, fried or simply grilled and accompanied by vegetables. Other fish and seafood: eel, but also squid and squid from the Adriatic. The service is friendly and professional. The manager, Adi, speaks French. Good quality/price ratio.
