This tourist information center may be able to advise you on where to stay. But they are usually not very helpful. More information about sightseeing and hiking in and around Blagaj can be found at the Novi Val ("New Wave") association. In the summer, they run the very basic Eco Center campground, 350 meters south of the Buna spring, along a cliff with a climbing path.
