Our favorite among Herzegovina's winemakers. Since 2008, this one is the only one to produce exclusively organically. Of course, the prices are high and no certification exists for the country's organic products. But a tasting is enough to appreciate the quality of the work of the Brkić family, which exports 75% of its bottles. If the blatina (red) and rosé are of average interest, the žilavkas (white) are absolutely remarkable: great finesse, complex aromas and length in the mouth without equal compared to the rest of local production.
