NEUM MUSEUM-GALLERY
Parish museum housing a small but interesting archaeological collection and a well-preserved Byzantine gold coin.
Founded in 2007, this parish museum (Muzej i Galerija Neum) houses a small but interesting archaeological collection. Of particular note are two helmets, spears and Greek or Macedonian jewelry from the5th-4th centuries B.C. These were discovered in 2006 in the necropolis of Vranjevo Selo (2.3 km northeast, in the direction of Hutovo). This site also yielded a well-preserved Byzantine gold coin minted during the reign of Roman III Argyre (1028-1034), as well as a small stone cross with a conical pedestal, typical of ninth-century Dalmatia.

Restauration un peu simple mais on trouve de quoi se nourrir.
